A mother was preparing pancakes for her sons, Jack and Chris. The boys began arguing over who would get the first pancake. Their mother saw the opportunity for a moral lesson. "If Jesus were sitting here, He would say, 'Let My brother have the first pancake; I can wait.'
Jack turned to his younger brother and said, "Chris, you be Jesus!"
"And he (Jesus) sat down and called the twelve. And he said to them, “If anyone would be first, he must be last of all and servant of all” (Mark 9:35).
Many of us would be scantily clad if we were dressed in our humility.
